Uzma Baig, NCC, LSC
Healing starts with a space where you can finally breathe freely. My first priority is
ensuring you feel safe, seen, and truly respected exactly as you are. Within our
community, seeking help can sometimes feel daunting, but I am dedicated to providing
a warm, judgment-free environment where your identity and values are honored.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the “messy stuff” of life’s transitions; from
childhood through adulthood. Whether you are managing ADHD, anxiety, or the social
challenges of growing up, we work side-by-side to build practical, real-world tools. I am
particularly committed to supporting clients with executive functioning skills and
sensitive topics like body safety and personal boundaries, helping you move past the
anxieties that hold you back so you can feel truly comfortable and confident in your own
skin.
Restoring Family Connection
Family life carries unique blessings and challenges. I work closely with parents and
adults to bridge communication gaps, helping families truly hear one another again. My
goal is to foster a home environment that feels more connected and significantly less
stressed.
My Therapeutic Approach
I believe in a holistic, person-centered approach that recognizes you as a human being
first. Because I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” solutions, I integrate evidence-based
tools like CBT and Choice Theory to help you reach practical goals and create
meaningful behavioral change. At the same time, we will look at the “why” behind your
current patterns by using attachment and psychodynamic perspectives to explore how
your past may be influencing your present. This balanced approach ensures we aren’t
just treating symptoms, but building a foundation for lasting clarity and self-compassion.Together, we will work toward moving you forward with greater clarity, deep
self-compassion, and the resilience to handle whatever comes next.
